We have three A/C units. Battery back up for power outages. Casa El Jardin is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home with a large private garden enclosed by a beautiful 12 foot bamboo hedge, with it's own private carport with automatic gate and fruit trees. Casa el Jardin is located in Bahia Ballena (Uvita), 1.5km from the entrance to the Marino Ballena National Park, home to the world famous Whale Tail and whale migration routes. 5 minute drive to all groceries and shopping 2 bikes and 2 surfboards

Please note; All ceiling fans have been replaced, new TV, new screens & showers serviced. Enjoy the sounds of the jungle and a spectacular ocean view only minutes away from the beaches. Located in Escaleras almost 1000 feet above the coast keeping the temps down at night and the view amazing. Minutes away from one of the best restaurants in the area but still feel secluded in the jungle life with sloths, several kinds of monkey and toucans too. 4x4 recommended to reach this gorgeous view.

The house has 3 large bedrooms, each one with its queen bed, private bathroom and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning units, the main living area has high ceiling fans too. The pool is central in the house and accessible from the two bedrooms. There is WIFI. Secure, it has alarm+safe, Laundry facilities are available (new washer and dryer) and it has a private parking place. The house can be reached via easy roads to drive, close to Uvita and within walking distance to the beach.
