Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Bienvenue à notre beau et agréable studio de 35m², totalement rénové en juin 2024, avec une grande terrasse de 50 m², sans vis-à-vis et avec des vues du ciel et les feuillages des arbres. Situé dans un ancien Mas, avec un parking privé et une entrée indépendante par les escaliers qui monte au premier étage. Une belle pièce à vivre avec accès direct sur la terrasse. Venez au calme pour profiter du soleil et du chant des oiseaux! Idéalement situé au calme à proximité des plages, Perpginan..
