I had the loveliest 1-month stay at Thon Hoa Sen. From the people to the property to the surrounding lakes and mountains, I found this beautiful slice of Vietnam to be the perfect place to slow down and connect with the self, others, and the earth. The wooden house itself is stunning with open air features overlooking a peaceful pond. There is a local market 15min away by scooter with all the fresh produce you may need. What stood out the most to me about Thon Hoa Sen was the warmth of the hosts, who quickly begin to feel like family. I was able to plant so many trees/be as involved in the garden as I wanted to be, and found many corners of the property to practice yoga and meditation! Delicious meals and nature excursions are available upon request for a small additional fee. Being in nature, some small critter friends are to be expected of course :) I will definitely be back and would recommend this farmstay to anyone looking to appreciate the simpler, most beautiful things in life!

We really liked everything — the parents were very nice and even provided a separate room for our friend. We were traveling as a family.

The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking scenery. Can’t wait to come back!
