Holiday rentals with beach access in Baia Verde

we felt at home, great location to easily reach the center. quiet neighborhood and the possibility to leave the car in the neighboring streets, we had no problems. Very fast wifi.

Everything worked out great and we liked it. Due to the very fast and friendly communication before the stay, we were well prepared. Before arrival, a colleague took over the contact and we were received on site. Everything worked out great, we were shown the apartment and received more tips for the stay. For questions that arose during the time, we received an answer very quickly and Guiseppe was an excellent and super friendly contact person. Parking on site is not easy, but there is a large parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment, which we used. Alternatively, you can also book an underground parking space via Fiorenza. The apartment itself is not huge, but very new and well maintained with large bathroom and small balcony from which you can see some of the sea. Ideally located on the promenade, you have everything – shops, restaurants, beaches – at your doorstep.

We were happy to stay in the apartment and in Gallipoli, where we spent a week. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped and we were particularly happy with the two terraces - and with the location in the old town and close to the beach. Communication was easy, and we were welcomed by Serena who was very kind and helpful to us. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Tania is the loveliest person ever. Her apartment has everything you need, like iron or coffee machine and a lot of space. The balcony is very cosy and the beds quite comfortable. The shower has hot water and great water pressure. Remember not to use too many electric devices at once, because it might be a short circuit. We will be back!

Our stay in Gianluca's house was great, from every point of view: the wonderful welcome of him and his family, the care and attention in answering our doubts and in suggesting things to do and see. The house was equipped with everything you need. The order and cleanliness were excellent! We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

Very comfortable apartment to visit Otranto for a few days. Walk to the historic center of the city (15 min), to the beach (5 min). Very quiet area, you can park free on the street on the same side as the entrance to the apartment (the sidewalk on the front is paid). Dario welcomed us and showed us the comforts of the apartment and things to do in Otranto. Equipped kitchen, comfortable bathrooms. While the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, it is not necessary since the equipment in the living room gives to cool the bedrooms. The 2 terraces are very enjoyable. To repeat if we return to Otranto !!!

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

I stayed in this beautiful home for the Christmas holidays with my family. Large and very welcoming rooms, the house is furnished with style and elegance, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained. Mrs. Lorella is a fantastic person who welcomed us warmly and pampered us in the true sense of the word by providing us with Christmas decorations, a welcome basket, bringing us delicious hot pastries the morning after our arrival and on Christmas morning typical sweets made by her, the purcedduzzi. I sincerely thank Mrs. Lorella and her husband for everything!

Arturo and his family welcomed us pleasantly... extremely nice. The accommodation in its simplicity and cleanliness has everything you need and even more to allow you to spend a few days of serenity. Priceless sea view... to clear your mind. Thank you so much for hosting us.

It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave. The view of the sea from the spacious terrace was amazing such a lovely place to sit and relax. Also a bonus to have direct private access to the sea. Peaceful location within easy walking distance to be the bars and restaurants in the marina. Hope to return again soon.

Very well-kept apartment equipped with every detail, like a second home. Great location to reach the beach of Posto Vecchio on foot. Other beautiful beaches reachable in a short time by car. Nearby and well-stocked mini markets, few restaurants within walking distance. Very satisfied with the family vacation, highly recommended accommodation

The accommodation is comfortable, on a quiet street, very well equipped even if it may be missing a microwave... the beds are very comfortable, everything was clean, provision of umbrellas for the beach and bicycles for the whole family. It should be noted that you will not be able to soak up the sun on the terrace, so the orientation of the accommodation is not suitable. However, it should be very appreciated in the middle of summer. Thanks Luigi, we'll be back!

The stay at Roberta's property was impeccable, every aspect of the structure is thought out in every detail. The hospitality and staff are definitely one of the highlights. The spaces are spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a comfortable and well located place.

Although we arrived late, check-in was completely hassle-free - as was check-out. Giovanni was always available and responded quickly and always found a good solution when we had questions. We felt very comfortable, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace with sea views where we could enjoy our breakfast. The mattress in the bedroom was impeccable, so we could sleep well. The apartment is centrally located yet quietly in a side street - you can quickly walk to the city and the sea. Giovanni and his wife Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts. We can recommend the apartment 100%

Staying at Alessandro’s was perfect for our vacation. It is very peaceful and quiet, the terrasse and private access to the sea were worth ot already. Also it‘s a great location to explore the region from a less touristic starting point. Would have chosen this airbnb again! Alessandro and his father were always there for help, super friendly and the place was more spacious than it looked. Can highly recommend - thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

We had a great time, Patrizia was very kind and super active. The two bathrooms complete with everything are comfortable, the house is brand new and even the mattresses are comfortable, I would say important for when you go on vacation, you do not always find them comfortable and clean.
