Judy’s house was perfect for us (6 adults/teens & 2 dogs)! We loved: •Judy’s thoughtfulness & great communication (we were in the area early and Judy accommodated our needs) •Neighborhood is safe & quiet (you can easily walk your dog) •Location, location, location! Judy’s house was close to everything we wanted to do - Loveland ski slopes (great for beginners), Boulder, Lair o’ the Bear Park (dog friendly) •We appreciated the thoughtful touches like dog bed, bowls and waste bags •We loved the ArganOil shampoo & conditioner, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, & bottle of PooPourri in each bathroom •The touch thermostat! •Our teens loved foosball, disc golf & the games in front closet •2 living rooms made it easy to spread out •We all loved big backyard! in winter, you can see mountains when standing on back patio (note: there’s a hole in NE side of fencing a small dog can fit through) •Driveway easily accommodates 2 cars •Fun vintage decor! (note: pull kitchen drawers from underneath)

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Our family loved the space for our Spring Break. The kids enjoyed the creek and seeing wildlife (deer) right on the property. It was a close drive to Pike’s Peak, the zoo, and Garden of the Gods. On the same day, the hot tub broke and we had a sick kid. The Host sent Crumbl Cookies and had a brand new hot tub installed so we could enjoy it before our stay was up. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home in Colorado Springs for the month of July! The neighborhood is incredibly safe, and we loved having multiple parks within walking distance. It was the perfect area for morning strolls and mountain biking adventures. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The hosts were fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always ready with local tips. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to great biking trails and outdoor activities, which made our stay even more memorable. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. Whether you're here for a short trip or an extended stay, this place has it all. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for making our July so special!

We visited family in Colorado Springs and needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving Dinner. Mila's place was great. In one large room are a big comfy sectional sofa, a large 6-person dining table and a workable kitchen with modern full-size appliances and a generous selection of nice pots, pans and utensils. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks, Mila!

Thank you, Emily, for such an amazing stay! We loved the cozy atmosphere and private yard; we felt right at home! The location was perfect!! We were surrounded by great restaurants and lots of coffee shops and were only a short 10 minute drive from most attractions. Emily and Spencer were incredibly responsive and helpful, they sent us plenty of great recommendations and attractions in the area. During our stay, my now fiancé proposed and Emily and Spencer went out of their way to have chocolates sent to our door. I was so surprised and so, so grateful for their kind gesture. We had an amazing time and most definitely plan on returning! Thank you again!!

Dale’s place is great! Very convenient to the shuttle. House was also great, good layout, amenities, many beds, and very well stocked kitchen.

This house was so nice and peaceful. The beds are COMFORTABLE as a cloud and I loved the split level flooring for privacy. Definitely 10/10

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. It was my first time in Colorado and wanted to be somewhere between Boulder (to visit a friend) and Denver. Sue’s apartment in Lafayette was perfect! Close enough to the small downtown area with restaurants and shops and a rec center to work out at. The apartment is perfectly located, private, comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay here again for my next visit 😊

Great location! Needed a place to stay for a dental procedure and this was 3 minutes away. Some neat places to eat just North.

LOVED this little cabin in the woods. It was quiet and cozy and had everything I needed for a little writing weekend in the woods. Would love to stay here again when I visit WP again.

Clean and comfortable stay!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

This place is wild and full of character. Loved staying here. Totally worth it and a great place to relax.

I held a woman’s retreat at the Airbnb. It was the perfect location, warm and inviting. Communication with the team was spot on. They were always available to reach if I have any questions. I highly suggest this property and will probably return back to it in the near future!

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip. The place was very spacious and had an amazing view. The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk to the peak 9 lift and a 10 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Unique home in a great location. The house is decorated beautifully and you get a private hot tub. Super spacious as well with several “guest houses” on the property. Like other reviews point out, the place definitely needs some updating. No one in our party loved the showers (small, no water pressure, difficult to set temp) and the beds were spring mattresses, so not the most comfortable. For those reasons, i feel the place was a bit over priced for our short stay, but all-in-all, we had a great time. The owner/point of contact seemed very friendly and was responsive when we reached out. We would consider staying again!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.
