Enjoy Barcelona, the beach, wine and gastronomy from a house with a garden, pool and barbecue. In Gelida, a town 30 minutes from Barcelona by free highway (50 minutes by train or bus). The house is perfect for families or groups of friends: 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen-dining room and direct access to the garden, pool and barbecue. Down 4 steps is a living room with a fireplace and TV. There's a workspace in the tower with access by a staircase. In the basement: garage, cellar, washing machine and a bathroom.

Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)
