Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Studio aménagé dans le garage de ma maison de village, juste en dessous de mon logement. Entrée et hall indépendants. Pas de fenêtre dans le logement, juste une petite ouverture en hauteur. La porte d’entrée est une porte de garage dont elle ne filtre pas les bruits extérieurs, mais par chance l’impasse est très calme et il n’y a pas de passage de voiture. Le seul bruit un peu gênant est le chien du voisin que l’on entend une fois voire deux fois par jour. Stationnement à 5 minutes à pied.
