Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Great location near good restaurants and cafes, and the tram stop. The place had a nice living room and dining area, and comfortable bed. Our group enjoyed staying here.

It's a historic building with a very nice location. It has a large terrace. The house has coffee, water, supplies you need to be able to cook. 3-5 min walk to Galata tower. There is a grocery store just below the house. The stairs are a little too much and there is no elevator, but it was not a problem for us. I traveled with the kid and we had a nice time. It was clean and comfortable.

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! There is everything you need for a short or a long stay! Thank you very much!

This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

The apartment was very nice and clean in a very good location. The landlord was very friendly. The only issue I had with this place was the parking space. But still that is very sensitive.

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. We stayed for 4 people. Very understanding and helpful host. We had no problems getting in and out of the house, it was thought out and put up to the wood for the fireplace. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.

The house is spacious and beautiful. The items are a little old, but not a big deal. The terrace was very nice. The host, Mr. Deniz, was interested
