The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

From here you can easily visit Danmarks Borgcenter and Gåsetårnet, hear concerts at STARS, experience theatre in Pavillon K, eat at the city's restaurants, go to the swimming pool and much more - and both forest and beach are within reasonable walking and cycling distance.
