Lovely little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to quiet and relax in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with dining area, and large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Large bright outdoor room that can be used in spring and summer. Beautiful enclosed garden with seating, outdoor fireplace and greenhouse. In the garden, six hens are in the enclosure and the house and garden also have a very affectionate and social long-haired cat.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø.
