What stood out for me is the really fragrant smell of the place. Christian is easy to talk to and very responsive.

We stayed here for a while since we needed accommodation close to MAAP. Our family appreciates the host for being quick to respond to our questions and the caretaker for being so attentive to our needs. We had a nice stay.

Very satisfied with our stay! Host was very hospitable :) the place was a near sa beach and very accessible to everything — grocery, convenience stores, chooks to go, etc. The place was also clean and with complete amenities. Stable wifi connection, was able to work. It’s pet friendly so we were also able to bring our cat din haha. Overall good and worth every penny! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

Casa Lily was the perfect family getaway! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The kids loved the plunge pool and running around the garden, while the adults enjoyed relaxing under the beautiful mango tree. I loved that the plunge pool uses fresh deep well water and is non-chlorinated — it felt safe and natural, perfect for the kids to swim and play. Everything was peaceful, super clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The hosts were so friendly, responsive, and accommodating — they made everything easy and stress-free for us. They even let us experience feeding the fish and picking fresh mangoes from the tree using a sungkit (pole) — what a fun and unforgettable experience! We made such amazing memories here — from early morning coffee by the fishpond to late-night talks under the stars. It’s rare to find a place that's truly private, family-friendly, and so warm and welcoming at the same time. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended?

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Angelica last April 19–20. The location is just perfect—not too far from where we live—which made the trip super convenient. We absolutely loved the place! The house is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and well-kept, and everything was so clean and complete with all the essentials you'd need. My children and grandchildren had an amazing time! The 6-foot swimming pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights. One of the best parts of our stay was the movie night—they set up a projector and even asked us what movie we wanted to watch. Such a thoughtful touch! Another bonus? Their WiFi is powered by Starlink, so we stayed connected without a hitch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. We also ordered our meals from Maxcel—the boodle fight dinner and breakfast were delicious and very affordable. Special thanks to Ate Cecil and Angelica for making our vacation truly memorable.

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

Our first Airbnb, and it was great! Clean and comfy. We really loved the view from the balcony. The bed, pillows, and blanket were all clean, no smell at all. Thank you to Mr. Emmanuel for being easy to talk to whenever we had concerns or problems. Overall, five stars!

Super happy with our stay! The host was really easy to talk to—quick replies and even helped us change our booking date with no problem at all. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Everyone from the kids to the seniors had a great time! There were so many things to do—board games, PSP, videoke—you won’t get bored. Plus, check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

A great place to stay.. Comfortable, relaxing and nearby to mall, restaurants and church. I would recommend this place and we will surely come back.
