It is located 10 minutes from the beaches of Meze, Frontignan, Balaruc and Sète.

Located 5 minutes by car from the thermal baths of Balaruc-les-Bains. The beaches of Frontignan and Sète are about 15 minutes from the accommodation, and a little further on you will find Palavas, La Grande Motte, Marseillan and Cap d'Agde. Beautiful scenery and summer activities await you!

on a plot of 1800 m2, T2+ of 37 m2 independent with private entrance, on one level, can accommodate a couple and 2 children. In a peaceful setting, nature and animal lovers, you can be woken up by the donkeys of the owner's house. Many walks are available to you in the scrubland where you can quickly reach the pond of Thau, Sète, Balaruc….. The house consists of a living room with a dining area, sitting area, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The accommodation is in a quiet residential area in Balaruc-le-Vieux, a town adjoining Balaruc-les-Bains. A 5-minute drive to the spa, you can also walk or bike there. We can provide you with a bike storage room upon request. The cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor space and garden furniture. Possibility to park your car in the garden.
