On the beach, a sunshade protects the little ones from the sun. The abc is 400 m, the bike path is about 30 m from the house. 5 bicycles can also be rented! There is a lookout on a 1.5 km loess wall, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful, and we can see as far as Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants 600-800 m away, both by the beach and in the village. I'm waiting for everyone with love.

The apartment is 30 sqm, perfect for 2 people, the bed in the living room can be opened, and there is room for 1 more person if needed. There are many attractions in our city: Árpád Bath, Sóstói Game Reserve, the pleasant city center, Bory Castle and I could go on. Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. You don't have to cram the rubber mattress into the car :) and you don't have to fight for parking spaces either.
