Scenic winery house with tasting cellar & hottub

The well-equipped house is ideal for 4 people, its own wine cellar can accommodate six people, and the cool cellar has great wines to relax in. The building is under monumental protection and has been extensively renovated. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla Wine Route on the Monument cellar. Lake Balaton is just 10 minutes away by bike. It's surrounded by a large terrace, a magnificent view of the lugas, and a vibrant vineyard garden. In the mornings, in the endless silence, the cornfield across the street is delighted by the deer and rabbits.

I rent in our holiday home "holiday dream" in Balatonbereny on the southwestern lake, 15km from Keszthely an approx. 100sqm large ground floor holiday apartment with covered terrace all year round, because also heatable for 4-5 people , with pool, air conditioning, 600 m lake, sauna in the garden, trampoline, deck chairs, children's swing, parking on the property, .WLAN,TV. Bathroom with tub and shower plus guest toilet. As I said, it's a separate ground floor of a house with two apartments
