Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Relax, recharge and feel at home in an apartment in a modern, clean, tasteful, safe and completely newly built building and its charming south-facing private garden, on a 28 m2. Big detached house with a lovely garden. Biggest advantage: Balaton is 5 mins walk from the house. Cable wakeboarding & SUP rental place is 5 mins too. You can cook for yourself in the well equipped kitchen or just take a walk to the restaurants nearby. We have a lovely dog (if you don't like dogs, we'll keep her away. :)) Parking in the courtyard.
