The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, they could bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Relax, recharge and feel at home in an apartment in a modern, clean, tasteful, safe and completely newly built building and its charming south-facing private garden, on a 28 m2.
