Házunk Boglár és Lelle határán helyezkedik el 5 perc sétára a Balaton parttól. A közelben található pékség, zöldséges, áruház, benzinkút, Gömbkilátó és Kalandpark. A városközpont 15 perces sétával elérhető. A ház zöldterülettel, fedett teraszokkal rendelkezik. A konyha mikróval, pirítóval, vízforralóval, kávéfőzővel, kerámialapos villanytűzhellyel és fagyasztós hűtőgéppel felszerelt. Fürdőszobánk hajszárítóval, tusfürdővel, kézfertőtlenítővel, személyenként 1-1 törölközővel van felszerelve.

It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom. A single sofa bed awaits you on the ground floor, a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed awaits you. Baby cots and additional accessories are available upon request.

A szabadtéri színpad és a nemzeti cirkusz naponta izgalmas műsorral várja az ide látogatókat. Az esti naplementét a legjobban a mólóról élvezhetik. (200m) A bevásárlás sem jelent akadályt hiszen a Lidl, Aldi (500m) Spar (800m) is meglelhető. A szálláson tilos bulikat, rendezvényeket,leánybúcsút, és legénybúcsút tartani. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The apartment has a barbecue terrace, garden, parking, trampoline for children, nest swing. Bikes are provided for a hike. In addition to thorough cleaning, the ozone generator departs. The owner is helpful, kind, and important for the guest to have a good time.

Ideális szálláshely pároknak, vagy akár magányos elvonulóknak, télen-nyáron. 160cm széles kényelmes, bonell rugós franciaággyal, felszerelt konyhával, zuhanyzós-bidés fürdővel, belső udvarra néző csendes, privát erkéllyel, zárt, udvari parkolóval várja vendégeit.
