It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom. A single sofa bed awaits you on the ground floor, a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed awaits you. Baby cots and additional accessories are available upon request.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The room has a double bed, the bright living room has a pull-out sofa, cable TV, unlimited WiFi and air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer. The bicycles + 2 electric bicycles can be used free of charge.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.

Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

It's central location gives you many possibilities to reach easily and quickly the other villages and thermal baths in the neighbourhood and the northern side aswell.The house can be found on the shore of Lake Balaton, opposite the entrance of the local beach. It's about 200-250 meters far from the port and the center of the village.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
