The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Apartments Le Palme

The apartment Le Palme has a modern decoration and includes a furnished kitchen with domestic appliances like electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a sofa, a wifi television with 42 inches and air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds both bedrooms with air conditioning, two private bathrooms with hair dryer included. Sheets, towels and washing machine included. Private parking lot and wifi connection free.

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. The GIRASOLE apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Swimming pool and other recreational areas within the farm.

It is located on the mezzanine floor of an ancient building where Santa Gemma Galgani received the stigmata. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, total privacy, includes a small internal courtyard where you can spend your time outdoors. Upon arrival you are asked for a small cash contribution of €8 per day for AC in summer or heating in winter.
