The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Built in BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, and the best sunset views you can imagine. If you want to fall asleep to the ocean waves you have come to the right spot.

This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
