3BR luxury balboa beach house minutes from beach

Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

Make yourself at home in our Newport Beach cottage!!! We have a huge deck with a great BBQ. Great for afternoon cocktails before a sunset stroll on the beach. Our home is steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier, good restaurants and fun bars! Also included is garage parking which is a huge benefit at the beach! We have all the amenities you will need to fully enjoy a vacation in the sun including beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, kitchen appliances, toiletries & washer / dryer!!

The private second floor of our home (we live downstairs); completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.
