Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. My guests can reach me at my mobile phone, text me or send a message directly to my inbox. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

A spacious terrace is seen, furnished with lounge chairs, overlooking Souda Bay. A dining table is positioned nearby, with sweeping views of the sunset casting warm hues across the horizon. The tranquil atmosphere complements the modern layout of the penthouse.

High end living for digital nomads and wellness lovers in Heraklion Crete. Ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to E75 national road for day trips and beach days. It has free protected parking. The construction finished on November 2022, it occupies 135sq.m. in three floors and is built with premium materials and comfort in mind. If you want to stay in Heraklion for work, holidays or just need a wellness getaway for a few nights, this loft has something for everyone.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

The stone house is framed by two large trees, creating a natural entrance. A pathway leads to the front door, surrounded by greenery. The facade features window shutters and a covered porch, with a railing defining the boundary of the property.
