It has WiFi, air conditioning (AC), a HD TV and a bench with a sunshade outside. It's very close to everything you need, 50m from a supermarket and restaurant. The studio apartment is very similar with another one (Terra app) in the same building so when booked together it's suitable for families and friends up to 6!
