It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge. There is LCD TV in the apartment with over 80 international channels including sport channels, news channels, channels for kids and more. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). There is a washing machine, ironing board and an iron provided as well. Hair dryer is also provided. Park your car in a nearby garage because you will not need it during your stay. Also, tram stop is steps away with direct connection to Central Railway or Central Bus station. Most main city attractions and sites are right here. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for a car. Many areas are pedestrian zones. Central station and bus terminal is several (direct) tram stops away. Tram stop is just a minute away. I will send you detail directions when you book. Taxi in Zagreb is not expensive, there is also Uber and Taxify service available. If you wish, I offer VIP taxi pickup from the airport at reduced price to all my guests. If you are arriving with private car, a daily ticket is available at price of 60 HRK (app. 8 EUR/day) or a weekly ticket for 200 HRK (26 EUR/week) at a fantastic nearby public garage Tuškanac. There is a charger for electric vehicles as well. You can pull over shortly at street entrance in front of the apartment to leave the luggage if you wish to do so. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

At first you'll be drawn to this house for three simple reasons: location, location, location! It's within walking distance of almost everything you will want to visit in Athens. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom. At the lower level of the house, under the living room, there is a wine cellar, complete with wine bottles and the exposed brickwork of the house's foundation.
