We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the apartment was just as described. It’s in a great location — within walking distance to the old town, a few bakeries, and just minutes from the bus and train stations. The space is well-equipped with a full-size fridge, hot plate, and kettle, though there isn’t a toaster. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The apartment was just like the photos—very clean, and the host was very responsive. I also liked the location; it was close to Blloku, the nightlife center of Tirana.

The apartment is nicely furnished, bright, close to the center and perfectly matches the description provided. The two bedrooms have their own privacy, so it's perfect to share with another couple of friends or family.

Great location, very nice private parking. Very nice studio tastefully furnished, impeccable and well equipped to cook simply on nights when you don't want to go to the restaurant. The roof top with the pool is magical. Stefani is a very nice, available and smiling host. In short, everything was perfect and we recommend this place without a second thought .

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

The flat is in a nice quiet, residential location. Noise free. There's a little 'corner' shop a few yards down the road. A few larger supermarkets within a short walk as well. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walk, and the No. 42 takes you to most places around the island. It cost €25 for a weekly bus pass, they are very reliable and frequent. The beds were super comfortable, super clean and the showers were excellent, hot and powerful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals., with staples such as oil, tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc in the cupboards. A large fridge and freezer. A large table and chairs to eat at. The WiFi was good and steady There is a restaurant about 10 mins walk, The House of Flavors... that served the BEST steak ever!! Jason was super helpful with any questions we had, with local knowledge, how to get about and where to go. Friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Emiljia and her husband took great care of us. Since we arrived on the holiday and had no shops open, they left a few small things in the fridge for us. Her husband gave us some tips for the area and helped us park. The parking space in Dubrovnik is worth gold...even if everything is easily accessible on foot, we have had a place on the doorstep for our rental car. Our daughter enjoyed the two cats very much...all around great accommodation and great hosts. Thank you very much

This place mach more then description, first, easy end fast ceck in and ceck out, second, privacy and safety 100%,third and not the last, this place it's spotless clean, nice feeling of a welcome after the first step in, all the appliances are working, nice and practical furniture, natural light all day long, a nice balcony to have your tea or coffee, at the end but not the last, best you can get for your money, the location it's perfect, nice, clean and quiet area, few minutes walk to the center, nice restaurants near, market place, supermarkets, clinics, etc, I highly recommend this place, and I take this opportunity to thanks to the owner for his effort and flexibility. Thank you very much.

Ortygia is simply stunning and Francesco’s apartment had us in the middle of everything just a stones throw away. Recommendation for parking options was ideal and local restaurants perfect. Don’t miss the sandwiches at the local market or drinks at the many local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful apartment! The location is amazing and very close to the Old Port which was great for dinner. There is a grocery store not even a minute walk away which was great for little purchases and drinks. Spiros was fantastic and was always responsive! I unfortunately got food poisoning on the second day and he took the time to find pharmacy’s open on Sunday to visit. Would recommend to anyone.

Mak is a very friendly and considerate person! His apartment was one of my favorite stays so far, I highly recommend it and I hope to stay again if I have the chance, I would give 6 stars if I could!

The house was very nice and clean. There is a bus stop just in front of it. The host was always very helpful and kind. I really recommend this place.

I recommend staying with Ivana, a clean apartment with small shortcomings, but we didn't pay much attention to it. The view from the balcony was wonderful, we could definitely go back. The 😊 contact was also very good, fast and specific. We appreciate the availability of basic products.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Was well located in quiet area with a convenience store and restaurant/bar very close. Easy to get around on the bus and bus stop just outside the apartment. Well catered for with everything you need for a great trip. We had a great time!

Nice apartment with walking distance to everything we could wish for. In 15 minutes you can walk within a well-stocked supermarket, good bakery and stayed for some fresh berries or fruit. In the apartment there was everything we could wish for. A well equiped kitchen and great access to towels. The apartment is perfect as a starting point for an excursion both at sea and on land. Feel free to go here again!

Incredibly friendly hosts who welcomed us on short notice! The property is beautiful and centrally located, with great amenities and beautiful decor. We wish we were able to stay here longer - we felt right at home!
