Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ballarat Central

We enjoyed our stay. The location in the older part of Ballarat was quiet and a very short drive to the centre of town. The cottage was comfortable with everything we needed, including generous breakfast provisions such as fresh eggs from the resident chooks and Sue our host was very friendly and helpful. The enclosed and private, bushy backyard was a great place to hang out for breakfast or a cuppa and a fun place for our 2 small dogs to safely explore! We felt very welcome, thanks to Sue!

We loved staying at Rosie's Cottage - from the crocheted blankets to the beautiful surroundings. It was a lifesaver being able to take our dog and leave him in a fenced area. The house was quaint and spotlessly clean, and Sonya was very responsive. Nice walk/quick drive into Buninyong. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway location for a wedding we attended. House was great. Communication was spot on and everything was exactly as described.

We wanted a homely experience and that is exactly what we got. Comfortable, great location and suited what we needed. My mum picked this as her first foray into the Air bnb world and she was happy

This place is amazing, exactly as described. Big beautiful space, very comfortable beds and even has extra pillows 😍 Very convenient location, place is easy to find. I highly recommend staying here, and the host, Luke, is very friendly, easy to communicate with. Could not find a single fault with our stay and would definitely stay here again when we're in the area next. 11/10 ⭐

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

We had a wonderful stay, was quiet and very clean. Check in instruction were clear and easy to follow. Michelle was super responsive during the stay too.

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous art deco apartment thats very spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and even fixed the washing machine for us on a Saturday! Very appreciative, thanks

Great place and a great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Heated pool next door. Clean and spacious.

Cecilia is an excellent host and the place was spacious and clean. We will definitely come back when I visit Ballarat again.
