In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There may be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is a service, electric kettle, fridge and toaster. There is no kitchen. Since the accommodation is very close to Herlev station, the train will be heard. Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workspace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Lovely double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a nice big corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is located up an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.
