Monthly Rentals in Ballona Creek

Great location—very peaceful back studio & walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops, Pilates studio, etc. I met Sathyapriya & she was very kind & helpful throughout my stay. I didn’t have any trouble finding street parking at any time of day/night during my stay, which was very surprising given that this is LA. This Airbnb had everything I needed & I would stay here again.

The Airbnb itself was good but I do have to note that I was very frustrated with the host not responding to any of my messages for the first 3 days. The internet username and password listed was not correct and I couldn’t get a hold of the host. I contacted Airbnb and they attempted to get a hold of her also and no response. I had classes to take online and wasn’t able to get on the internet. Airbnb gave me a small refund for not having access to the internet and on the 3rd day the host finally responded. The cat or cats on the property do “cry” when what I’m assuming want to eat or get into the main house very often. It was raining one day and the cat was out there “crying” for a long time.

I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was spotless, bright, spacious, and had everything I needed — tons of kitchenware, coffee makers, and all kinds of cooking tools. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly, even at night, and the neighbors were great too. Overall, it was an amazing experience — not a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect!

Lovely neighbourhood, a little recreation centre directly in the street. David was being a great neighbour, always helpful and pleasant to share the garden with him!
