Cozy studio apt-Free parking, 9 minutes to city

This is a modern studio apartment, located 4 miles from city centre by train and bus. Train/bus/gym/restaurant are only 5 minute walk and the bar has live music 2 nights a week. Finaghy Village is a 10 min. walk and can accommodate all your needs. Close & quiet but easily accessible to all the action! We usually have a two night minimum, but if you require one night, please contact me and I will see if I can accommodate you. Last minute bookings are welcome, just get in contact with me.

This is a cosy clean home suitable for business or leisure. The decor is bright fresh relaxing and extremely inviting. The bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds with luxurious bedding and substantial storage. The house is very spacious with an open hallway, the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor has two double rooms and one single room with a good sized bathroom. There is a driveway for parking and a front and back garden.
