Kitnet in the center of Balneário Camboriú, close to the beach (2-minute walk). It is a small independent suite, located on the grounds behind a larger residence. It accommodates 2 guests, has 2 single beds (which can be joined together). This kitnet is for exclusive use, it is not a shared space. It has a bathroom, refrigerator and kitchen sink. The stove is on the outside. It has a parking space. It is a simple space, but airy and close to the beach. It has air-conditioning and 500 Mb Wifi.

Outdoor area and well-equipped and sunny kitchen. The house is a 20-minute walk from the beach (800m), very close to the shopping center. Good quality supermarkets are very close. We don't have a garage! The area is quiet and it is possible to leave the car on the street in front of the house.
