We had a very quiet stay in Karina and Irineu's apartment. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very wide and airy. We had had that we needed and even complimentary chairs that helped a lot. A small unforeseen with the parking space but which was promptly attended by Mr. My alert is for those who have an SUV or even a wide model that the spot is very tight, but they have provided us with another very good spot. We very much like the location, close to everything and being in Barra Sul is much quieter than the center. Basta was crossing the side of the building and we were on the waterfront. One of the places we would return without a doubt, has great value for money.

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

We stayed 1 week on ap and we can say it was really good. Location note 10. Attentive host, the trustee of the predico also and welcomed us very well. Building was undergoing renovations, but it did not hinder our stay. AP needs some minor improvements, yet we recommend it to friends. The view is fantastic and the location as well.

We were delighted!!! The house is beautiful and close to a very busy beach which we accessed on foot. Very comfortable, and the pool is beautiful!!! Surely we will return. Thank you Jorge for so friendly and nice stay... highly recommended!!!

The house is well located, clean, new furniture, comfortable beds, air-conditioned and with a beautiful view from the balcony. A few meters from the Barra walkway, which gives access to sights such as the Automobile Museum, Pirate Boat and Unipraias. Tayrini's mother, Mrs. Meri, welcomed us very well and gave tips from the city. They were always available to assist us. We have a very good holiday days and we plan to return. I indicate the house you will not regret it.

The house everything is very clean, sheets, towels and all necessary household utensils at the disposal and washing machines and dryer. The untiring view of admiring Balneario Camburiu from the balcony. At the barbecue has the same wonderful view of the place, with table, bench, chairs and fridge., very well structured. A suggestion about the address: To get there we used Google maps and then Wase and took us to the wrong addresses. We reached out to Pablo Ruciel in contact with Pablo Ruciel. Suggestion:Pass the location immediately to guests. Casa is between Barra 2 km and Praia das Laranjerias 800 m. Balneario 20 min. I recommend 100% and thank Airbnb attendants to Mike and Pablo for their attention. Thank you!!! Abs.

Everything is very good, all the amenities, everything you can imagine you need for your comforts you have... very good location (one block from the beach). I would definitely come back...

The apartment is wonderful! All very clean and of extreme good taste. The location is perfect! Close to everything and we were able to do many things on foot. Rosane was very attentive from the first contact, answering all the questions and making us feel really welcome in your place.

Foo my second time staying in the apartment. As always very well organized and clean. The view of the beach always impresses me. Mia she always keeps in touch for any questions and suggestions for places.

The apartment is located half a block from the aquarium, which is very good since the bus for children's activities starts there. It is half a block from downtown but also from the Atlantic shopping (32 blocks), but because of that there is not so much traffic. The apartment is very nice, it has tasteful materials, and a good layout. The security is very good and it is the most important thing, you can leave things in the garage and nobody touches them. They always take care of the cleaning when returning from the beach. The respect of the people is unique, which is not seen in many places. Nearby you have places to eat and if you want to go a little further, on the corner they rent electric scooters (I recommend them) A very good experience overall,

The apartment like the photos, very organized and cozy, the view is great for the beach, it's close to everything(market, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping) I will definitely be renting with Sandra again

Anne’s apartment is fantastic. It’s super spacious, has wonderful panoramic views from the terraces as well as the front bedrooms. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering.
