Living room and combined kitchen, air conditioning, sofa bed. Barbecue, swimming pool with hydro, waterfall and night lighting. 1 parking space. It is approximately 600 meters from the sea. Close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, beverage distributor and UPA Praia Grande. It has a security camera and alarm.

Perfect for rest and leisure! The beach is delightful, with calm sea and few people.
