Are you looking for a quiet place, away from the noise of the city to relax and still enjoy a beach(practically private)? This is the place!! The stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the beach that is close to the house, pleasant environment with trees and flowers making everything more beautiful. Total silence, just the noise of the animals and the sea. We love and we will definitely return when possible. The house is simple but with large rooms, carry repellent and the little device put in the socket. Because it is a forest area, it has mosquitoes. The super attentive hosts, indicated places and were always on hand. (Not to mention their doghouse that accompanies to the beach🥰) Familia Coimbra🌜🌺❣️

On this trip we were my wife me and my two children we stayed 5 nights in the house that supplied our needs in everything, very quiet street super quiet near the beach did things by car for the children but if you want to walk to the beach there are several nearby shops. Accommodations were spotless. We have served very well! An excellent option for those who want to stay in the itinerary of Iguape and Ilha Comprida. The apartment is not air-conditioned, but it is well ventilated.

The house is simple but has everything it needs. It was very clean, has several cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, cleaned dish cloths, etc. Good showers, great mattresses and pillows. Fresh new, perfect fridge and stove. The lawn is a differential for those who go with pets, which can be safely released in the backyard. Great outdoor area as well. It was a great option for us who caught rain and were able to enjoy the house and TV with access to streams. The street is a bit bumpy because of the rains, but there they all are. It's close to the beach, you can walk. It is about 5 min (by car) from a good market and about 8 min from Boqueirão, where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and shops. Our stay was great, Janice always attentive took all my doubts. When you return to Ilha Comprida, it will certainly be my first option to stay.
