Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ban Tai

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

Little heaven. We had some wind from East so waves, but as soon as the weather was good, the cove turns into a beautiful private lagoon, great snorkeling. Villa 5 min by scooter from all shops and restaurants. As indicated on the advertisement this villa is made for 4 couples ( with or without children), we were 5 couples, it poses a problem of privacy because there are not 6 bedrooms with king size bed but 4 large bedrooms with king size bed two of which have a small adjoining room ( separated by sliding window without sound insulation) with sofa bed, more conducive to children. The staff is discreet, and kind. The villa is very well kept. The view is magnificent, 2 kayaks 1 place and one of two places available very pleasant to walk. Adam is super responsive, I highly recommend this magical villa.

We have just experienced an unforgettable stay on the island of Koh Samui, in the magnificent Lily Bella Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, who introduced us to this beautiful villa, maintained with exceptional care and kindness. We must also highlight the presence of Tang and On, our dedicated hosts throughout our stay. Their kindness, smiles, and constant attentiveness turned this vacation into a truly magical experience. Their impeccable service and generosity touched us deeply. We were also surprised with a birthday cake for my husband and son, as well as a thoughtful gift for me an incredibly moving gesture. Our children also had a dream vacation. A heartfelt thank you for these magical moments, for your warmth, and for your generosity. Nice and quiet location. Close by taxi to living places. Small restaurant next door. Beautiful villa with sea view. Excellent staff, breakfast is very appreciated, a hell of a plus. The taxi that picks us up for check in is also great.

My 2nd time staying at Villa Soong; it’s a great Villa, in a quiet spot with fantastic hosting from David and Kob! Can’t recommend it enough.

One of the most beautiful stays in Thong Nai Pan Yai. 7min walk to the beach and by far the best village on Koh Phagnan. It was amazing to have our own private space where we could enjoy the jungle vibes with our 2 years old. Would love to be back one day.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Marella we were all stunned by this absolutely magnificent, modern Thai inspired home. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated to a high standard, fabulous views, stunning infinity pool … everything was perfect. The gym was spotless, well-appointed, smelt clean & fresh, & the grounds were peaceful and quiet. Our host Jim was fantastic - happily & easily solved our issue with 2 lost nights due to cyclone Alfred, organized a pre-stocked bar fridge for our arrival & helped with every request large or small. Villa Marella was a premium hotel standard with crisp clean linen & pool towels. Jim organized Chef Jeremy from Chada Fine Dining to prepare our evening meals including an ancient Thai menu worthy of Michelin Star. It challenged our palates and our minds. We have stayed in many AirBnb properties, but Villa Marella has topped the list by a mile, exceeding all expectations. A must for your Koh Samui visit. A return visit definitely

We have loved staying at this beautiful townhouse in a fantastic location. Communication was perfect and Napa was a perfect host. As a family with small children it was ideal. A high chair was provided and Napa was always on hand and happy to help with anything at all. The rooms are immaculate and beds and bedding super comfy. It really was a home away from home and we are sad to leave. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated place. So good we kept extending and would have extended further if it had not been booked. Its 5 minutes walk to a little bakery/breakfast spot Cafe KOB which is great for fresh pastries and bread and brekkie. You can walk to the fisherman's village. It's just an ideal location. Book it, it's absolutely fantastic.

After many Airbnb experiences, Su was hands down the most responsive (even though she was located halfway around the world) host weeks/months prior to our arrival. Answered all questions very quickly and graciously. Met us at the property upon check-in and took the time go over Pertinent issues. While we were at the property, Su remained quick to respond to additional questions about the property itself, gave multiple local recommendations (restaurants, beach clubs, etc) around the island that were very helpful. Would highly recommend staying any property Su is a host for!!!
