Located outside the walled urban enclosure of the port of Le Palais, on the edge of a very beautiful wood called "Bois du Génie", it is on one level on two large private terraces and two enclosed gardens: 1 to the south (shared by us) and 1 to the north (wood side) exclusively reserved for travelers . 5 minutes walk from the center of Palais, the first beach and coastal trails and 600m from a supermarket Pets OK

Studio apartment with exceptional views of the port and the citadel Vauban, 2 minutes from the pier, rent cars, scooters, bicycles, and 5 minutes from the bus station for the visit of the island. You will find all the local shops (the market every morning, fish, butcher, wine shop, wine shop, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, creperies, laundry, pharmacy). Ideal for couples, the apartment "KEREL" offers, from its windows, a 180 degree postcard view of the port and the banks of Sauzon. Under renovation between 10/1/24 and 4/14/24 (kitchen, bathroom, the floor of the apartment ...). The accommodation is bright, well-equipped, close to shops, boutiques and restaurants. Cette maison, située à la périphérie d'un hameau, à environ 10 mn du Gr 340 (étape entre Sauzon et Locmaria), est localisée dans un jardin partagé avec notre habitation. Elle offre une pause idéale aux marcheurs et amoureux de la nature et du calme. Le logement peut accueillir 2 personnes. Hormis pour les marcheurs, il est préférable de disposer d'un moyen de locomotion pour savourer au mieux votre séjour, car nous sommes en pleine campagne.

Small stone house near overlooking beach.

Our small house is in the heart of a village living in Belle Ile, thanks to its equestrian center. Located 200 meters from a beautiful beach and wild coves, it is possible to go hiking on the coastal trails from the house. Comfortable, both rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home there. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with Belle Ile wood.

Small bellilois house

Small house close to the beach of Donner (800 meters by a path through the dunes) and a family farm ( place called kerhuel 5 km from the village of SAUZON). The house includes a living room with an equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a double and single bed. You also have an outdoor area (which does not immediately adjoin the house, you have to cross a very quiet street) equipped with a garden table.
