Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Banks County

My sister and I loved the house! Everywhere we went it was literally within 5-20 min. Walking distance even. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not explore with walking. During the night inside and outside of the house was very well lit. Loved the area and the place!

We had everything we needed for a three day stay while moving our daughter out of her sorority at Brenau! It was fine with Nishat that I used the washer/dryer for some throw rugs and towels of our daughter's which needed laundering before taking to our storage unit, and she even offered to let us double up using her washer, which wasn't necessary, but very thoughtful. She also was willing to have the unit ready early when I messaged her I wasn't feeling well, also ultimately not needed, but again, very thoughtful. Well stocked! We enjoyed the living room with many screened windows overlooking a beautiful and private back yard (you can turn off the air exchange to open the windows for fresh air without running the heat or ac), and we enjoyed the covered porch for morning coffee and pizza for dinner. The landscaping and neighborhood is upscale and gorgeous, but the unit is a bit dated. If you are a larger, plus size or very tall person, the bathroom and shower would be quite snug.

Our stay was great, the house was perfect and Shannon was very responsive. Definitely plan on coming back to Helen and will be booking here again!!

The condo is very clean accessible and close to everything. Very well furnished and very nicely done. The only suggestion I might make is the parking was a little tight. Other than that, it was fantastic. Thank you.

Great stay with Tonya!! The place was very clean and she set it up so cute. Shower was awesome, bed is memory foam, smart tv in the living room, starter supplies provided, greeted with a basket of snacks! Would definitely recommend! Tonya was also very quick to message back and communicated well the entire time I stayed which was for almost 8 weeks!

We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this one did not disappoint us in anyway. Very clean and close to many restaurants and Outlet malls with 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend visiting the County Park! I would highly recommend staying and visiting local bigger cities around. House was remodeled and everything was new and clean. Love how they added another bathroom and dining area. Great for families and ladies get aways. 10 out of 10

The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, as described and the host was very responsive.

We have now stayed at the front and back property and both were great. Beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything one might need will visiting. I always love to see the flowers planted around the property and located inside the house. My daughter also loved the swings. We plan to try and stay again next year.

Beautiful location. On a huge peach farm. Very private. Home had all the essentials. Appliances were new and worked great. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots, pans, plates…. Host was excellent at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay. Beds were comfy. Fresh linens. Would definitely recommend.

Stacey’s place was really comfortable for the six of us. It was just as described, very clean, and the attention to detail was amazing! She thought of everything from charging cords for our phones to a selection of books, to all the options for coffee and tea in the kitchen, to toys and supplies for kids. My granddaughters loved the puzzles, and I loved the organization in the kitchen! I’m not a coffee drinker and usually have to bring tea bags with me but she had that covered as well. We also enjoyed the sound machine next to the bed at night. The house was clean, well organized and comfortable! She thought of everything you could need when away from home, and was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again when in town! Thanks Stacey for being such a great host!

We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Quick trip from Florida. Great spacious place for the family and pricing was on point comparatively to the surrounding market. Will 100% recommend and book this exact condo in the near future.

The condo was perfect! Host responded to messages within just a few minutes. Perfect location in the downtown area. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!!

Steven was a very thoughtful host. He called us to go over a few details about the property before we even hit the road. Beautiful little place that’s great for couples or a small family. The hot tub is a big plus! We would HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful place, everyone was so happy when they walked in. Everything you would need in a home was there, you could buy groceries and use the whole kitchen. Beds are a little on the stiff side. You can walk to downtown but it’s a little on the far side. If you like night life there’s a couple great spots near by. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They do hold their no cancellation policy, so if there’s an emergency please be aware they are hard set on no cancelling. If you wanted to relax inside, it was a very nice cozy space for multiple people in the living room. I also enjoyed the fireplace, as it was very cold outside.

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
