Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Banne

We've stayed in a lot of airbnb's in the last few years, and Frederic's has been one of our favorites. Poppy, who checked us in, was very friendly, courteous, and proactive about any potential needs. When Frederic checked us out, he was equally friendly and courteous. The apartment was ideal. It has amazing views, is very sunny, and feels very comfortable. It's the sort of place where you want to hang out. The location is also ideal, just around the corner from the Palais des Papes and a very short walk to the main strip of restaurants, etc. The street that the apartment is on is quiet. Having a private parking space in a garage just a couple of minutes away was fantastic. One small note is that in November the bathroom was rather chilly, maybe a small heater would help. But everywhere else the heating was very good. If we returned to Avignon, we would still want to stay at Frederic's again. It's a wonderful place.

We loved our Avignon apartment. It felt very much like we were in a special spot, while enjoying a very Avignon experience. We were excited to arrive at this apartment and sad to leave! We'd happily recommend this place to anyone who wanted to stay here.

A very nice apartment to enjoy all the activities in the area. The town of Bourg Saint Andéol is central to visiting the caves and gorges of the Ardèche. Communication with Philippe is very easy and makes you feel confident!

Very nice accommodation in the center of Montélimar that allows you to do anything on foot. The accommodation is very new, the decoration is tastefully done, and it has all the comforts you need. I recommend it!

Gregoire and Magali are gems and their place is fantastic. We definitely want to come back and would recommend them and their place to friends or family. The apartment is a little outside of the main town and right next to a parking lot so it's perfect if you plan on renting a car or if you want a beautiful quiet place that is still walking distance to the main attractions. If you're coming from the TGV station, I'd recommend an uber. This place looks nice in the pictures and it's even better in person. The beds are comfortable and shower is large. Dishwasher works great and so does the washer,kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The lift and the stairs are right by entrance to the building. The Apartment is on the first floor almost directly across from the elevator so it's quite simple to get in and out. There's a chest in the corner stacked with games for families. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Dominique and her husband were so kind. We stayed at her place for three weeks so got to know it very well. While it’s in the center of town, it is so quiet and cozy. We slept great, cooked meals in the kitchen, had friends over- great apartment for all these activities. Dominique met us to let us in and her husband helped us w our bags. They both gave us many day trip recommendations which were all great. Please walk across the bridge to Villenvue de Avignon! I really couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s as described and could easily accommodate a family w the two bedrooms. Easy five stars for me and partner.

Our stay went very well. We were hosted very well by Franck. The house is located in a very quiet subdivision, and with beautiful opportunities for walks nearby with our dog. The house is very well maintained and well decorated. We highly recommend it.

Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

A magical house with unusual architecture, lots of light and space, decorated with a lot of stuff, placed in a way that tells stories in every corner. A nice walk leads to a river. The house is fully furnished, there is nothing lacking. A small pretty garden with plenty of seating is next to the house. We felt very comfortable and found it a pity to stay only one night.

Joel was always responsive to our messages from our first exchanges and until the end of our stay. Joel welcomed us, advised us. Very nice person! In addition, the listing perfectly matches the photos. Well equipped accommodation located close to shops (including leclerc drive 5 minutes away which is very convenient;)!). Very pleasant and quiet terrace! No private parking space but several spaces within the residence for visitor, we were always able to park easily. Recommended ++.

Nathalie’s apartment is comfortable for us, 2 humans and 2 big dogs — very nicely decorated with good-quality furniture, beddings and utensils; everything we needed when staying in (Netflix, nespresso etc) and to enjoy home cooking was available to us. The location is perfect for exploring the Intramuros / main sights as everything was walking distance. The indoor parking and elevator were a bonus. Nathalie welcomed us and was very warm and accommodating. I’m happy with our choice to stay here and would highly recommend this place.

I went on a nearby city trip with a base in Avignon, and the distance from the central station and intercity bus terminal was really close, and it was easy to find because it was next to the main road. The living room and kitchen were spacious, clean, and the blankets were well organized.(The duvet covering is clean, but the mattress cover can be a little dirty) However, it is a little difficult until you get used to it because there is a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it is generally clean. Since it is next to the main road, there may be some outside noise, but it is not so noisy that you can't sleep or have trouble living. Thanks to the host who took good care of me and communicated well, I had a comfortable check-in and stay, and I intend to use it the next time I visit.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!
