Clean & have all daily needs, very responsive host and easy to communicate. The guards there are very convenience to deal with. Only the parking is in different building but not that far, the ramp for car at 5-storey parking is quite small so really have to be careful to turn

Ms Shezlin is a responsive host & gave clear instructions. The house is quite nice, even prepared toiletries for guests. Its hard to find nice place & hers is value for money. Definitely will book again in future.

The unit itself is comfortable, and it has all the things you need for a short term stay - nearby convenience stores and restaurants for you to check out during your stay. Being a frequent traveller, I tend to appreciate places that provide you the comfort that you need, without appearing too gaudy with unnecessary features. Abby's place fulfills this quite brilliantly.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the ambiance made me feel right at home. It is a very new house, furniture, appliances are all very new... just the design of the house is a bit romantic and darker... everything else is nice and can be recommended

the place was very clean and exactly as described. but the house was just painted with new color. the host is very responsive so i have no problem in finding the place with instruction from the host

This unit is very spacious. On the first we had water supply issue then they fix for us immediately. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

We are looking for a post raya family gathering & this villa really suits our needs. It offers 8 parking space, bbq /outdoor gathering area, highfloor swimming pool & indoor games. Check in/out is very smooth & clearly instruct. Host is very helpful & responsive when we got issues regarding the house. We really enjoy our family gathering here & hope to come again soon!

PERFECT! MY RAYA OPENHOUSE WAS A PERFECT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE BETTER! A VERY NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND EASY ACCESS TO LRT TAIPAN, ROSYAM ETC, ROOMS HAVE MANY BEDS CAN ACTUALLY FIT MORE THAN 18PEOPLE! NICE FOR GATHERING, MASSIVE KITCHEN AND NICE MASTER ROOM DESIGN! FELT VERY EXCLUSIVE! WILL DEFINATELY REPEAT AND THANK YOU ADRIAN FOR LETTING US DO AN EVENT HERE AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL PLACE! For the price, it was beyond an awesome experience! The host was so helpful and responsive. The instructions were all so detailed and really made our stay a smooth journey. The house was very cozy, spacious and had everything we needed. There was a mamak in the parking building which was super convenient. The overall atmosphere was so relaxing and we’d definitely stay again.

The owner is very accommodating and helpful. The place is clean and complete with the basic things. The view from the balcony is very nice as well and the surrounding is quiet and peaceful.
