NEW, beautiful and private home in MDI

Beautiful and newly built home in the heart of MDI! This 5000 sq. ft space is your perfect home away from home. The main floor kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven, electric stove, double door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 6 and there’s also seating on the kitchen bar for 4. We are about 6 miles from Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor and the busy town of Bar Harbor. The home is located on a secluded woodsy area.

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.
