Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with branded appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.
