Our beach Utjeha is made of white stone pebbles and it’s one of very few beaches on Montenegro coast which got `Blue Flag`, the highest coastal ranking. This is wonderfully, charming, romantic place with crystal, clear, blue sea water. Affordable prices of drinks, food, nightlife are an additional reasons to come and enjoy your vacation time. Our apartment is located just by seaside with a picturesque see view. You can enjoy sunsets on the large terrace while sipping wine. It is recently refurbished and all appliances and furniture are brand new. There are two public beaches just across the street with no crowd. One of the finest sandy beaches in Montenegro, Sutomore city beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There are groceries a hundred meters from it, as well as couple of decent restaurants.

On 24 January we received 5-star rating from the Municipality ie Tourist agency in Montenegro. This beautiful three-story house is located just meters from the sea in Perast. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, that can host up to 10 people comfortably. The house has access to a boating pont with steps leading to the water. The property is air-conditioned, and every room has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. We can arrange for a car to pick you up at Tivat airport.
