Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Sněžník Gamekeeper's Lodge

We offer for rent a half-timber cottage (a cultural monument of the Czech Republic from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries) in a very quiet place near the forest in the village of Sněžník, located in the Elbe Sandstone Protected Landscape Area near the Bohemian Switzerland National Park). There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. For adults, there is a pleasant outdoor seating, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and a selection of wines. You can use the Infrared Sauna to relax.

The house can serve as an ideal base for mountaineering, hiking, or biking enthusiasts. The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Discover the charm of Děčín in our cozy apartment that makes you feel right at home. The main train station is just 3 minutes away, offering direct connections to Dresden (1 hr) and Prague (1.2 hrs). Buses (2 min) take you to Bohemian Switzerland or Tisá Walls. We provide storage for bikes/strollers; hypermarkets and supermarkets are within 5 min. Parking by the house (paid) or 2 min free. Come to our apartment in Labské pískovce. It is located in the middle of the largest sandstone canyon in Europe in Dolní Žleb. Elbe sandstones are one of the most beautiful climbing areas in our country. Mountain climbers, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers will find something to do here. Five kilometers from us is Hřensko, the entrance station to Pravčická brána. You can go to Děčín for culture and entertainment by bike, train or car.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
