Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. Following the recent introduction of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during restricted hours. Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. The house is a small apartment converted from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, cozy and intimate. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave. Just minutes from Assisi, between Rasiglia, Spello, and the Menotre Waterfalls, the tourist rental welcomes you. After a day discovering Umbria, just relax in the hot tub, hammock, deckchairs and BBQ area immersed in nature and the silence of the Umbrian landscape. The house has Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to personal Netflix, air conditioning and 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. Non-entrepreneurial tourist rental without additional services.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
