Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La casetta is a small apartment made from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, welcoming, and intimate. It is on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn overlooking the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric plates and a microwave. This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000-square-metre property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (individual rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.
