MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE TAX WHEN COMPARING PRICE TO OTHER LISTINGS :) Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

Hi-speed WIFI available for free. Very well connected. Fontana metro station is just 1 minute away.
