Monthly Rentals in Barcombe Mills

This is such a beautiful place, with wonderful views of the lake, and access from the garden to the very special woods behind. The perfect place to spend time in nature, be peaceful and retreat from busy life. We loved it.

Joy is an amzing host. Greeted us on arrival. Showed us around and left tasty scones with delicious jam. Met Ren whicho ur dog teddy liked to paly with. Found it quite theraputic watching the Bees and walking in the field outback. Visited local town of Lewes. Some great local pubs. Excellent quiet venue but close enough if you want a town or pub. Cottage was clean. Well equiped. Fire place was amazing didnt need it for heat as radiators great but liked to watch the fire at night. Would definitely recommend and will boom again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! Ben was very responsive and gave us great directions. The hot tub was fabulous and we did some star gazing. The Shepherds Hut is laid out beautifully and has all we needed. We had fun trying to work the log burner and the coffee machine! The local pubs were great and there were some fabulous walks. Would highly recommend!

A lovely little retreat with a fantastic secure garden for our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped with supplies and the bathroom also had ample products. Very comfortable bed! The instructions were easy on how to find it. Jon greeted and did a tour with lots of information on the local area which was great. The shower was amazing! Small kitchen/dining/lounge area but very comfortable and suited us fine for our short stay.
