Beautiful, elegant and spacious apartment, finely cared for and furnished, on the second floor of a prestigious and elegant building in Bardonecchia equipped with concierge service. Immersed in the pine forest, the building is equipped with a park and condominium games room. Free parking beneath the house. A few steps from the famous ski fields of Campo Smith and the playground and five minutes (on foot) from the old village. The free shuttle stop to downtown is right below the house!

The spacious living area features wooden beams overhead, a dining table set for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Natural light pours in through the large windows, enhancing the warm wooden flooring and offering a cozy atmosphere.

Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.
