Beautiful, elegant and spacious apartment, finely cared for and furnished, on the second floor of a prestigious and elegant building in Bardonecchia equipped with concierge service. Immersed in the pine forest, the building is equipped with a park and condominium games room. Free parking beneath the house. A few steps from the famous ski fields of Campo Smith and the playground and five minutes (on foot) from the old village. The free shuttle stop to downtown is right below the house!

A wooden balcony terrace offers two lounge chairs, facing a scenic snow-covered mountain landscape. Skiers can be seen on a nearby slope, enhancing the winter ambiance. The sky is clear with bright sunlight illuminating the space.
