Beautiful, elegant and spacious apartment, finely cared for and furnished, on the second floor of a prestigious and elegant building in Bardonecchia equipped with concierge service. Immersed in the pine forest, the building is equipped with a park and condominium games room. Free parking beneath the house. A few steps from the famous ski fields of Campo Smith and the playground and five minutes (on foot) from the old village. The free shuttle stop to downtown is right below the house!

Casa Callet is located in the town center and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Just below the house you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus stop that takes you free to the ski slopes. The house has a garage. After each stay, the house is properly sanitized. The Callet Apartament is fully equipped for 6 people max. A bus stop is just down the Street for a free ride to the slopes, and also supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A garage is also available. The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.
