Holly Cottage

We hope that you will enjoy your stay in this unique cottage with stunning views and spacious layout for 2. Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.

Relax in this lovingly restored stone built country cottage, to be found at the end of a,resident only, tarmaced tow path. Situated on its own private island, alongside the Chesterfield canal, beside a working lock. The front faces the lock with its comings and goings of canal boats., all with a friendly crew and a story to tell of their journey. A few private moorings too. Bob's Place - great value short stays

Lovely cosy bungalow in popular village close to Retford. Private garden, drive with parking for three vehicles. Two large bedrooms and a third room with large double sofa bed and french doors that open onto the garden. The sofa bed is recommended for occasional use only to accommodate two further guests.
