We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. In principle, there are 2 bedrooms with large beds and the comfortable couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired!

This is our beloved lemon tree room with more than 400 reviews, but with private bathroom and none else in the apartment, because we will be traveling. It’s a clean, cozy and spacious room (23m2) with a king size bed, fridge and fan in a typical Berliner Altbau, next to the East Side Gallery and between Berlin’s trendiest hoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and F-hain, but in a quiet area. The bathroom is in front of the room. There is no kitchen.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
