Beautiful Farm in Penedo with Pool and Sauna

Farm in Penedo in the middle of the Atlantic Forest consisting of a main house and a chalet. We also have on the property: swimming pool, private stream, sauna, fireplace, barbecue, pizza oven, chalet kitchen with wood stove and a large veranda. It is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, with lots of greenery, birds and a stream. We are close to the main waterfalls of Penedo. At the same time, it is close to good restaurants and a supermarket. Ideal for hosting families and groups.

Juçaras refuge with the Alambari River in the backyard

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

Uttara-Gita is a little house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, in front of the Rio das Pedras and next to a gentle stream, inside the Pé da Serra Farm. The space is ideal for those who like nature and want to enjoy the silence, relaxation and freshness of the forest. In rainy seasons, the natural humidity of the forest increases. The quality of sleep intensifies in the forest, becoming more restorative and relaxing.

With an amazing view of Pico do Penedinho, the mountain where the history of Penedo began. - We provide all bedding (sheet, bedspread, blanket, quilt and 1 pillow per guest); - Bath and face towels are provided for the entire stay.
