This studio is located a few meters from the Malecon with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, with parks, bike paths and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy. Cozy apartment on the 4th floor (with an elevator) overlooking the building gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker and drinking water always available. Located on a quiet street in Barranco (not on a noisy avenue). It has a pool, gym, laundry, co-work space, 24-hour reception, and high-speed internet. On the first floor of the building, you have a delicious café, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing and art shops, pharmacy, laundry, among others.
